Help Me Understand – Healthy communication

Whether it’s 20 years or 20 days, there’s always more to learn about how to communicate in a healthy way in your marriage. My husband Josh and I are 20 years into our marriage, and I’m so grateful for every one of those years. But even 20 years in, I wouldn’t say we’re marriage experts. Lucky for me, I had some dear friends who ARE! I’ve learned so much from Dr. Gary and Barb Rosberg, and I wanted to ask them to help me understand how to communicate in a healthy way in a marriage (and all relationships). They have great advice and share why empathy has to be a part of the picture.
